Up to 8 overnight guests permitted
This number is set based on (1) available beds (2) septic and water limitations (3) the Town of Meredith. Any reservation found in violation of this rule will be asked to leave, and will forfeit any deposits or partial refunds.

No pets are allowed on the premesis.
No loud music or noise after 10 PM.
No outdoor fires or fires in living room fireplace.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

4 Bedrooms: two have Queen beds and two have Double beds
2 Bathrooms: first floor has a 3/4 bath (standing shower), second floor has a full bath (tub/shower)
Open concept kitchen/dining room which is also open to the main living room area
Sunroom with additional dining area
No access to basement, garage or first-floor storage room

  • Smart TVs on first and second floors with streaming capacity [you must log in with your own accounts]

  • Each bed has a quilt or bedspread
  • NO laundry facilities onsite; Winni Wishing Well is a 10 minute drive

We have a recycling system in place
Large drive way, up to 4 cars
Smoke detectors on both floors
Carbon monoxide detector on first floor

Renter is financially responsible for any damage to property or property contents
